Presents a compilation of 4 children's films and 3 bonus stories. In the first program, a toy teddy bear in a department store wants a number of things, but when a little girl finally buys him, he finds what he has always wanted most of all. In the second program, when Mike Mulligan and his steam shovel Mary Ann, lose their jobs to the gasoline, electric and diesel motor shovels, they go to a little country town where they find that one new job leads to another. In the third story, a lion in a zoo in France is everybody's favorite until he escapes and his only friend, a little boy leads him back to his cage. In the fourth story, a woman describes how she went to China to adopt a special baby girl. In the first bonus story, Silly Auntie will try anything to get Baby to smile. In the second bonus story, the owls discover the secret to peace and happiness. In the third bonus story, a baby goose, adopted by woodchucks at birth, never feels she truly belongs until she discovers she can fly. DVD features include read along captions. Includes live-action and animation.
