In the feature story, after falling headfirst into a bird’s nest, a baby bat is raised like a bird until she is reunited with her mother. Viewers meet a bat expert who takes them to a large cave where thousands of bats make their home. Students also learn about the stages of sleep and dreams as they observe a young girl participating in a sleep study.
