Reminds viewers of the importance of balance and moderation in food selection, while introducing other factors on food choice such as culture, advertising, and food fads. Also encourages viewers to eat healthy snacks and a good breakfast, and to exercise. And, as well, rules for dealing with food allergy are presented.
