Designed to introduce students to the world of science. In this program, host Max Orbit explores the seven major biomes found on Earth and how they interact with each other. Students learn how a minor change in an ecosystem can affect an entire biome. Biomes discussed include: Arctic tundra, coniferous forest, deciduous forest, the desert, the grasslands, aquatic biomes and the rain forest. DVD features include chapter segments.
