Series designed to introduce young teens to concerns confronting them as they approach puberty and to encourage them to develop essential habits of good health and hygiene. In this program, three teenage girls are going through puberty at different rates. Addressing their concerns, this program helps girls understand the changes occurring in their bodies at ths time in their lives. Focuses on physical development, menstruation, and reproduction, and notes the emotional changes which may occur as well. Includes on-screen questions where the program may be paused for discussion.
