Series designed to introduce young teens to concerns confronting them as they approach puberty and to encourage them to develop essential habits of good health and hygiene. In this program, a pre-med student serves as a mentor to Ian and Jason as they learn about puberty and the changes their bodies are going through. Considers such topics as voice changes, muscular development, normal development of sexual organs, and nocturnal emissions. Includes on-screen questions where the program may be paused for discussion.
